Why It Matters

When prospective customers ask AI assistants "What does company X do?", AI models parse website text for direct declarative statements. Vague marketing slogans lead to inaccurate AI descriptions.

Four Core Business Questions

Include explicit, extractable sentences answering: What products/services you offer, Who your target audience is, Where you provide services, and How your process or pricing works.

Add an “At a Glance” Block

Near the top of your About page, list the essentials in plain sentences: what you do, who you serve, where you operate, how long you’ve been in business, and how to get started or what it costs. Avoid putting these facts only in images or sliders, which AI crawlers can’t read.

Keep the Facts Identical Everywhere

Use the same wording for services, locations and contact details on your site, in your Organization or LocalBusiness schema, and on your Google Business Profile and directory listings. Conflicting facts are a common reason AI tools describe a business incorrectly.
